Fantastic personable interaction with staff offering their help and describing their items in stock. Trainers are awesome and exactly what I have been looking to purchase for a while. Thank you. However, would suggest utilising another courier service! My item was delivered by APC with ripped outer plastic packaging and the cardbox was crushed and ripped as if someone had been trying to access the contents. Shame really as I keep my trainers in their boxes. No fault of Natterjacks as it would have been dispatched in pristine condition but may wish to revisit this service.
