I ordered for the first time and had to send an item back as it was too large for me. The returns information was at first site easy but when I took the item to a recommended returns shop I could not find a QR code for the item to be scanned so I ended up spending nearly £6.00 via post office to return the item. It is difficult to gauge sizes online as many manufacturers Large is more medium so returns should be easier and less costly otherwise I may not purchase here again.
