Can’t actually rate natterjack’s yet as 8 days later I’ve not received the goods, I will say that if one of your selling points is the quality controlling of goods before they are sent is going to be effective it should be done at the warehouse rather than in store, this will save delays getting replacements or alternatives to customers who have already needed to prompt customer services for a response
