First time I’ve bought from Natterjacks. Website is easy to use. They have a good selection of products, in fact more per brand than some of their competitors, as some items I’ve only seen on the Natterjacks website! Purchased a hat by Parra, great hat, nice fit and looks fab! Delivery was speedy and updates were consistent. My one negative comment is, they packaged the cap in a brown bag and then put that in a plastic/ polythene shipping bag… the hat arrived looking like road kill. Fortunately it’s an unstructured 6 panel, flat brim cap and so not to disastrous, although it does look ‘well worn’ but if this had been a structured cap, it would have been destroyed. Come on guys, fork out for a few hat boxes, it makes a real difference.
