I have just received an email asking me to review Natterjacks when I haven't even had a confirmation my order has been sent let alone received. I ordered on the 9th and today is the 14th the only mail I have had is a confirmation of my order which stated they would contact me again when it was passed on to their courier which I can only assume hasn't happened yet as I have heard nothing more. I suggest it is probably best to request reviews when goods have at the very least been dispatched and even then give it a few days for them to arrive especially if using Royal Mail as there is strike action at the moment.
