I’m actually abit annoyed with the website. Once I put my item in the shopping cart a prompt came up saying Free Shipping over £80! So I added a pair of socks to my order (£6 ). Then another prompt popped up saying New customers get 5% with first order. I ignored this because adding this may have taken my order below the £80 which would have lost me the Free Shipping! So I went to checkout and put in my details and seen nothing with ‘Free Shipping’ but thought it will just deduct that upon completion of my order… well it didn’t!! I got charged £5.85 shipping!! So ended up paying £6 for socks I didn’t really need AND ignored the 5% saving as a new customer and still got charged for shipping!! So watch out for these little tricks people. I will be emailing them about this but haven’t had chance with it being Christmas, a very busy time!
