Asked the Kingston store if they do click and collect and the very helpful guy said yes. Ordered the trousers and sweatshirt online but there was no click and collect option so paid for next day delivery. Over a week later still waiting. Very frustrating as the same items were available in the Kingston shop yesterday and I could have picked them up when I called in. Looks like one of mr sons won’t be getting his Xmas present. The other one will as I bought it in store. Such a shame as the staff are lovely, let down by the delivery. When am I going to get my stuff???
