Disappointed that I paid extra for next day delivery for it to arrive before my holiday, only to then be told it wouldn’t be possible (AFTER having bought it). I bought the same T-shirt from ASOS half an hour later and it arrived the next morning. Then APC (who attempted to deliver it once we were on holiday) wouldn’t leave it with a neighbour despite me asking them to through the ring doorbell. Not a great experience overall.
