If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Never in my history of online shopping have I encountered such DISGUSTING customer care/service! They give you free delivery but if you return the item, they claim it back from you as well as the cost of the return, so all in all my postage from Natterjacks and back to them cost me just under £10! Then to add insult to injury, the way they deal with a query is shocking!! NEVER AGAIN
