Ordered 2 pairs of sale trainers. Was informed the next day that one pair was actually out of stock and I have been refunded. Contacted office the following week as still no refund. Assured it would be cleared that day, but still hasn't.
Delivery driver failed to attempt delivery so had to collect from depot 16 miles away.
Trainers received, very good quality.
Shame I am still awaiting a refund.
