Everything about the shopping experience was excellent and the product completely as expected. The delivery of the item though was poor. I received notification that the package would be delivered but was given no window within the day of delivery , I waited in all day but package was not delivered. The tracking option was useless as all it did was give package location at sorting offices not where driver was on his journey. Also the delivery options given was just an option to change poscode ( so no way tichange delivery date etc) . This is in contrast to say Amazon deliveries which give proper tracking and multiple emails giving progress updates. I realise this is out of your hands somewhat and still look forward to shopping with you in the future.
