I bought vouchers for Xmas presents which I wanted to print out and present, which I did. However there were problems when the recipients tried to redeem their vouchers as the codes were in my account and not on their vouchers. The system was not well geared up for using it as I did; there were no instructions to say that I needed to make the codes available to the recipients. This has now been sorted with a telephone call.
