“I nearly didn’t buy from this retailer because of the bad reviews on Trust Pilot but I urge you to take no notice. Ordered, had multiple emails from Natterjack so I knew what was going on and when it said they were delivered, they came, very well packed, perfect in every way. Would definitely buy from here again”

“Saw a 50% off offer for a Patagonia jumper I was thinking about buying. The name of the company rang a bell with me somewhere, but placed the order and two days later I had a lovely warm fleece sweater delivered by Royal Mail for a fraction of the price if I had bought elsewhere. Hey pleased. Also, when I opened the parcel and saw the return address it dawned on me that I’d bought my first Ralph Lauren shirt from Natterjacks in the early 90’s as I used to go to Kingston College! Little trip down memory lane!”

“I am very impressed with Natterjacks and the service they provided. I thought it was very easy to purchase my item from them via a Web Order and I was kept informed of the delivery options by the team. I also telephoned the Natterhacks helpline with a query on my order and the gentlemen I spoke to was extremely helpful and resolved it very quickly. “Item was for son in law as a gift & happened to be sale price too. Only downside was royal mail postal charge!! Not downside of the company but still saved money on this purchase.Packaging excellent & speedy delivery”
