They email thank you Discount Codes for using them in the past which don't apply to sale items and you spend over £80 and still have to pay for postage if your basket contains sale items. It's a kick in the teeth when checking out and this tight fisted nature doesn't relfect well on what they think of their customers. The search functionality doesn't allow you to filter more than one brand, size at a time making finding stuff extrucatingly boring and time confusing. All in all you waste hours searching, told no the discount we've sent you won't work on what you want to buy and please pay us postage on top. The stuff takes over a week to come so don't be in a rush.

Ordered a pair of size 9 Clarks treks, for good price, +£5.75 for faster delivery. When they did arrive! couldn't even get one of them on my foot,never had a problem with Clarks before.So needed refund.To Return them it cost me £10+ So I'm now down £15.75 and no shoes. !!

Hello there, I hate to be a Karen but I just wanted to give a little feedback to help you improve as I love natterjacks and think the quality of the products and prompt delivery service are amazing. I ordered 3 carhartt lighters from you and they arrived extremely fast which I’m very happy about. However, they did all have quite a large barcode sticker stuck right across the design of the lighters. These stickers were incredibly hard to peel off and left all that horrible sticker residue once I finally finished peeling. We all know how much of a pain that stuff is to get off and usually there’s easier ways to clean the product that’s been stickered, but given the nature of this item, it’s not like I could just leave them in hot soapy water to soak. And as these lighters are to be given as a gift to my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, I definitely didn’t want the design to be covered in that horrible sticky residue that collects dust. As I said, I really love the products but it took me more than 10 minutes to remove the stickers and then slowly scrub and scratch the residue off without scraping off any of the design, just felt like such extra hassle that’s not needed! Was just gonna say that maybe the barcode stickers aren’t necessary on the actual lighter itself, and if they are then perhaps to start using those peel friendly stickers that come right off without leaving the product looking and feeling bad immediately after purchase :) You pay a bit extra for carhartt lighters rather than your standard ones so you definitely expect them to be in nice condition when they arrive. Just a bit of feedback hopefully you’ll take it on so no one else has to spend ages trying to get them in good shape to give as gifts! Other than that, very impressed with the quality.

Good service, just annoying I wasn't entitled to free postage, I spent way over the £80 requirement and the only option available was collect in store or next day postage at £7.50. If it was because they were sale items that it doesn't qualify for free, I can sort of understand this but to not have the option of 3-5 day postage cheaper is a bit of a con. Other than that though it was good.

The description of the trainers I bought was not helpful. There were sold as white, when in reality they were pale grey. To be fair, the fault lies as much with Vans, but I wasted two lots of postage finding this out.

Ordered 2 pairs of sale trainers. Was informed the next day that one pair was actually out of stock and I have been refunded. Contacted office the following week as still no refund. Assured it would be cleared that day, but still hasn't. Delivery driver failed to attempt delivery so had to collect from depot 16 miles away. Trainers received, very good quality. Shame I am still awaiting a refund.

Payment and order went through good. Selected next day delivery purchased on a Friday at 3.46pm only went out for delivery on Monday to be delivered on the Tuesday. I tried to select to leave the parcel in safe place or with a neighbour but there was no where for me to do this I missed the parcel. They didn’t try to redeliver I had to request this or go collect so I requested for redelivery the next day which was supposed to come Thursday. I messaged Thursday to get an estimate time to then get told they didn’t put it for delivery they will put it for delivery for Friday. Do not use next day APC not worth it!

Great product and obviously new but packaging was literally falling apart and in several pieces, had to be taped together. I know this doesn’t affect the product and if they were for me wouldn’t be a problem but as they were a gift was disappointing

I think almost £5 to send out a gift voucher is outrageous. It is a small card yet you are charging the same amount as a parcel of clothing.
