“Payment and order went through good. Selected next day delivery purchased on a Friday at 3.46pm only went out for delivery on Monday to be delivered on the Tuesday. I tried to select to leave the parcel in safe place or with a neighbour but there was no where for me to do this I missed the parcel. They didn’t try to redeliver I had to request this or go collect so I requested for redelivery the next day which was supposed to come Thursday. I messaged Thursday to get an estimate time to then get told they didn’t put it for delivery they will put it for delivery for Friday. Do not use next day APC not worth it!”

Hi Shoana, Unfortunately we don't dispatch over the weekend and your order was placed after our next day delivery cut off. This will explain the time scale of your parcels journey. Hi, Thank you for leaving a review, however your order was placed after our cut off on the day before the Easter Bank Holiday. We did place a visible message to our customers at the check out informing them of a delay to shipping as nothing will be dispatched between the 7th and 10th of April. We hope this clears any confusion as to your parcels location.

“Great product and obviously new but packaging was literally falling apart and in several pieces, had to be taped together. I know this doesn’t affect the product and if they were for me wouldn’t be a problem but as they were a gift was disappointing”

“I ordered for the first time and had to send an item back as it was too large for me. The returns information was at first site easy but when I took the item to a recommended returns shop I could not find a QR code for the item to be scanned so I ended up spending nearly £6.00 via post office to return the item. It is difficult to gauge sizes online as many manufacturers Large is more medium so returns should be easier and less costly otherwise I may not purchase here again.”

“I recieved a different variant of the trainers I ordered because Natterjacks made a mistake with the pictures they put up on their website. Beside the mistake they are excellent at responding to queries and get back to you very quickly. I would definitely buy again because of the quick apology for their mistake and quick replies. Phil”

“The delivery and the attention that you brought me was excellent and im completely grateful about that. But I am extremely disappointed about the hoodie that i ordered, because it came dirty and with stains that did not come off when i washed it. Thats why that i would like to communicate with someone to send some photos and maybe get some money or a discount back...”

“Next day delivery costs more than standard delivery. I payed for next day delivery hoping it would arrive the next day. However it came two days later. I’m disappointed, as a brand they should meet the conditions offered.”
