“So far i'm unable to say anything positive. My parcel has been misdelivered and i am currently out of pocket. I am hoping this is resolved ASAP, but unfortunately so far no responsibility is being taken.”

“They sent me the wrong size. I ordered size 9 and received size 10. Also considering they charge £5 for delivery, I was expecting the order to arrive with 3-5 working days but it came at least 8-9 days later.”

“No confirmation order to say when product was shipped or return received. Returns are not refunded and the return service is charged at same price as original postage. Added to this sizing information for products is not the best. In short price differentials from other online stores can leave you £10 out of pocket for sizing being off or lack of information. Wouldn't recommend in comparison with other online retailers to be honest.”

“Sale items are priced well, none sale items are quite expensive compared to alternative shops, as I've mentioned on the returns paper "All my Salomon footwear are size 8.5 & fit perfect" These shoes are far too small??, a charge for returning / paying for a return apart from a change of mind is unfair & unacceptable, you have your policies & I have mine, it's my first & last purchase with Natterjacks Posting return on Friday”

“I ordered some trainers from this website, and the trainers arrived and we're not the colour that I ordered. The colour I received aren't even advertised on their website, I emailed Natterjacks and they assured me my order was correct and offered me to return the item. My issue with this is the order I received isn't advertised and I spent £5.50 on delivery.”

“Ordered on Thursday night and paid extra for next day delivery. Delivery still not arrived by Wednesday evening. Tracker info is useless and just says it's still at depot with no live delivery info. Wrote to their customer services and just got a reply to say they were having a nice bank holiday weekend so things are delayed. Appreciate some delay due to bank holiday but this wasn't clear on website and regardless of bank holiday the item should have arrived by now. A small gesture of refunding the difference in premium delivery charge would have been a fair compromise, but this doesn't appear forthcoming.”

“Ordered a pair of white Lucas puig skate shoes. In the description it said they were Suede and they are not they are a canvas upper. I am going to keep them as I like them but they are not as described.”

“Received my order. Sent a the wrong size. Not happy have to send them back . A simple size to get wrong is not acceptable and the inconvenience of sending them back and rewaiting to still receive the right size.”

Hi Michelle, When looking at your order we did not in fact send you the wrong size. The size on the Crocs are in US sizes therefore a US7 is a UK6. We sent you the correct size.

“Been sent a review however I’m still waiting for my item to arrive… So I can only review the process so far. Poor communication no idea of my parcel will arrive this week had one email saying it was out for dispatch ordered it 8 days ago on ordering the item the delivery time was 2-3days”

“Having had paid for delivery I would have expected it by now. I ordered the shoes on 04/08/2023 and still not received them. Great price for the shoes but poor service on delivery. Sorry”

“Disappointed that I paid extra for next day delivery for it to arrive before my holiday, only to then be told it wouldn’t be possible (AFTER having bought it). I bought the same T-shirt from ASOS half an hour later and it arrived the next morning. Then APC (who attempted to deliver it once we were on holiday) wouldn’t leave it with a neighbour despite me asking them to through the ring doorbell. Not a great experience overall.”

Hi Tony, Thank you for your feedback, we have to point out these issues encountered are policies we do follow on a regular basis. We do not dispatch over the weekend/bank holidays and our couriers are asked not to leave parcels unattended for risk of theft and security. We hope this clears up any queries you have. “The tongue on the trainers in the picture on my order is different to the one on the shoe i received, had I known I wouldn’t have l purchased as you can get the ones that came in pretty much any trainer shop for probably a bit cheaper. I’ll start the return prices now.”

“I’m actually abit annoyed with the website. Once I put my item in the shopping cart a prompt came up saying Free Shipping over £80! So I added a pair of socks to my order (£6 ). Then another prompt popped up saying New customers get 5% with first order. I ignored this because adding this may have taken my order below the £80 which would have lost me the Free Shipping! So I went to checkout and put in my details and seen nothing with ‘Free Shipping’ but thought it will just deduct that upon completion of my order… well it didn’t!! I got charged £5.85 shipping!! So ended up paying £6 for socks I didn’t really need AND ignored the 5% saving as a new customer and still got charged for shipping!! So watch out for these little tricks people. I will be emailing them about this but haven’t had chance with it being Christmas, a very busy time!”
