“Not a great experience to be fair. Garment arrived without original tags and was in a pretty tatty state. Also despite this I have not been refunded the full amount paid as delivery has not been refunded. Very disappointing.”

“Can’t actually rate natterjack’s yet as 8 days later I’ve not received the goods, I will say that if one of your selling points is the quality controlling of goods before they are sent is going to be effective it should be done at the warehouse rather than in store, this will save delays getting replacements or alternatives to customers who have already needed to prompt customer services for a response”

“Won a pair of Nike dunks and the toe box on one shoe has been fully dented and cannot be fixed , they said this is out of their hands but the shoe should of been checked before sending out to me”

Hi Jack, As discussed with you, a dent in the toe box is not a fault and is merely a cosmetic issue; we had also said we would have been happy to accept these for a refund should they not be up to your standards. Natterjacks.

“The Stussy hat I ordered was not as expected. For the price, I had expected a higher grade material similar to a Stussy hat I had owned before. This is the reason the hat was returned.”

“The item I ordered came fast however I wasn’t to happy when I got it. The t-shirt wasn’t in the best condition and seemed to have little care while it was being ready for me.”

“Didn’t open when google said they would. Rude staff on the phone. Then the items they sent didn’t fit and they charged £9.50 for the return with no sort of contact to say they’d received my items or tell me what was going on (I asked for a size change) Won’t be using again”

“Return and exchange policy is awful. Didn’t see that the shoe I was buying was US sizing so it doesn’t fit. Now have to pay additional postage to get an exchange.”

“Ordered two pairs of trainers, which meant postage went from £4 to £6. Got refunded for one pair (I guess no stock) but no explanation was given, no email, so wasn't entirely sure what was happening. Also I was still charged postage for two sets of trainers not just one so I was overcharged. The discount code process isn't very clear as it only applies to some items which I don't mind, just make it clear. I raised the overcharged with support and they said they'd look into it but did nothing. I'll shop elsewhere I think.”
