Delivery is 2 days overdue. With no tracking information given. No updates on despatch. Aftet paying for delivery this is apalling.

I missed the delivery of purchase for my sons birthday so I called Natterjacks to see if they could help and was told he would try and get the courier to call back, unfortunately he didn’t cut the call off and I heard him say….she was probably in the shower or having a s..t, f..k knows! I tried shouting hello but the conversation went on, I’m absolutely disgusted. I collected the parcel myself from the depot and didn’t hear back from Natterjacks!

My skateboard arrived with a very deep hole in the ply. I understand that this is the manufacturer but quality checks should be carried out before postage. Unfortunately I applied grip tape before I noticed this. I emailed and phoned up the store a few times, I was informed that I would be able to return this item (more hassle) with the grip tape having been put on. Upon further investigation after ending the calls, I found out that any opening of the packages mean you are not entitled to a refund as it has been tampered with. I’ve decided it’s easier to just try and sell the defect board on much cheaper elsewhere and cut my loses

great prices for a terrible service!! Ordered from the EU, nice that they include custom charges in the order because that saves you time and maybe money, the problem is that if you want to make a return then you cannot because they don't have ANY IDEA of how much they would repay!!! Nice that they ship abroad but they aren't actually able to handle that at all. Apart from that, which maybe doesn't interest you, the packaging had some serious problems. The clothes where stuffed together in the cardbox without any individual plastic bag to guard them, you could even risk to damage them while opening the box. And as a matter of fact, one item I received was damaged. A Carhartt coat worth more than 200€ came with a button that was damaged. And that is why I would have liked to return it and have my money back. And they took days and days to answer to my request to then come up saying that basically they didn't know how would I be refunded to then ask some special expert they had for that, who in turn took WEEKS to answer, and the answer was that not even he knew. Can't really say if they're more incompetent or just deceitful and dishonest, just make yourself a favor and avoid them!

Shockingly poor customer service! If I could put 0 stars I would. Unfortunately the tshirt didn’t fit so I had to send it back. It was lost by Royal Mail in October. It is now January and I am still waiting on a refund, even a response would be something! Initial email contact was great. Once I sent through evidence of delivery they stopped contacting. I have contacted three-times since and no response!

I ordered a pair of shoes from here and after 10 days they still haven’t arrived. I contacted their customer service and they never even replied. Awful. This feels like a total scam.

I am a new customer and I was looking for a particular colour and style of Fred Perry T-shirt, so I typed into my search engine. The type of T-shirt I was looking for colour and style and it came back with pictures. I clicked on one of the pictures which turned out to be for this company. The T-shirt was in my size listed on their website for sale., so I read the description looked at the picture make sure it was the exact colour that I was looking for and the exact T-shirt so I went ahead and placed an order to find the item turned up and it was the correct colour but a totally different T-shirt by the same manufacturer Fred Perry when I put this to the company that they sent the wrong item they said no we've sent the right item for that item number, unfortunately when it was uploaded on our system. They used the wrong description and wrong photo so I've had to send the item back and wait to get a full refund including the postage and packing because if you purchase something and return it because you do not like it or it doesn't fit, they don't refund you the original delivery charge, but if it's a mistake on their part because their description and illustrations/photos are wrong or they've sent you the wrong item, they will reimburse you the postage and packing as well as a full refund for the price paid for the item

Paid for next day delivery and received and update to say it had been dispatched. Didn’t arrive. Called the delivery company who advised that the parcel never made it into the van. Delivered a day late. No response from Natterjacks regarding a refund of my delivery. Bad service

Not received my order yet, I had to email for a tracking number and there are discrepancies on when the email said it was dispatched and when I was informed by a reply that it was dispatched... from this information alone I very much doubt I'll be ordering from Natterjacks again. First impressions last!
