“Poor customer service from Ron, no email sent on the order update rather Ron message me on my personal mobile. I replied his text and he was very aggressive and rude. I will never buy from this company again”

“Completely unacceptable delivery service. Lost parcel, promised to track it and get back to us. Failed to do so. Spent days waiting in for delivery that was promised but never arrived with the outcome that presents were not delivered and total failure of communication from APC.”

“Asked the Kingston store if they do click and collect and the very helpful guy said yes. Ordered the trousers and sweatshirt online but there was no click and collect option so paid for next day delivery. Over a week later still waiting. Very frustrating as the same items were available in the Kingston shop yesterday and I could have picked them up when I called in. Looks like one of mr sons won’t be getting his Xmas present. The other one will as I bought it in store. Such a shame as the staff are lovely, let down by the delivery. When am I going to get my stuff???”

“Still waiting for order, despite courier saying it should have been here yesterday, had to ring to be told driver ran out of time! No notice despite staying in all day and needed to sign for parcel! Been told it might arrive Monday!! Might, another day I have to stay in to sign for a parcel that MIGHT come! Poor courier service!”

“I have just received an email asking me to review Natterjacks when I haven't even had a confirmation my order has been sent let alone received. I ordered on the 9th and today is the 14th the only mail I have had is a confirmation of my order which stated they would contact me again when it was passed on to their courier which I can only assume hasn't happened yet as I have heard nothing more. I suggest it is probably best to request reviews when goods have at the very least been dispatched and even then give it a few days for them to arrive especially if using Royal Mail as there is strike action at the moment.”

“I’ve just returned: On Coñlect+ it said that £4.20 would be deducted for return postage but having received my refund, I see that £9.95 has been deducted. I have emailed Natterjacks direct to ask for the rest of my refund as it is not on.”

“Really poor service, very slow with email replies. Had to wait nearly a week before getting told I would be refunded due to the item I ordered was faded/faulty. Had to order now from someone else. Won't be using them again!”

“Fine if you don't have to return anything. They sent me a t-shirt with a stain on. I've been charged £10 for returning it. It's their mistake. They should have checked for quality before sending. Surely they should pay shipping. No contact from them just a partial refund. Awful service. Wouldn't use them again.”
