“Bought a skate deck for my sons birthday and upon opening the package, noticed I'd been sent the incorrect colour to what I had ordered. After sending an email (which was replied to pretty fast to be fair), was told to send it back and place a new order as they still had what I originally ordered in stock and I would be refunded in full as this was an error at their end - all good, item sent back and new order placed. I then received an email saying what I ordered again was damaged and in an unsellable condition and had that order cancelled. Although I have now been refunded for both orders, (again, done pretty quickly), as this was my first time using Natterjacks, it has put me off and probably wouldn't use them again unfortunately. I have given three stars due to the good email response and refund times and obviously can't judge the physical shops which I'm sure would be great.”

“Aside from the parcel being delayed due to the weather, obviously that wasn't the shops fault, the main reason for the 3 stars and not 5 is the packaging. When it eventually arrived one of the items was split open and its contents were just rattling around inside the unprotected envelope the items were sent in. If the small rip that was on the envelope was slightly bigger, the items would've just fallen out. I would have expected at least some bubble wrap or at least more than just a paper envelope to have been used when sending multiple skateboard parts.”

“I'm a bit surprised that my gift card is taking so long to arrive. It's been 5 days and they charge £5 to deliver it by royal mail. As it's only a gift card, the delay cannot be because of low stock, and £5 is plenty for first class postage”

“Really slow website and slow to dispatch orders. Also the courier said they attempted to deliver the parcel even though the Ring doorbell showed no one arriving”

“They had some vans i couldn't find anywhere else. Brilliant! Paid for next day delivery on the Friday... was delivered on Tuesday. Why ask me pay for a service you can't provide.”

“Not great. More with APC as form of delivery. Paid £7 next day for them to fail delivery two days later and then had to collect myself. When contacting customer services they didn’t seem all that apologetic. Not the end of the world but wouldn’t be rushing to use again…”

“Royal Mail said the parcel was coming on Thursday then Friday, it is 9:45 Saturday and it has still not come. I've gone through the Royal Mail app to no avail. It was meant to be a birthday present. Roger Osborn, WS9 8XD”

“I probably wont use again as I paud £5 for delivery, the shoes are too big (I think they are a mens 5.5 instead of a womens although I cant see this written anywhere) and it costs me £5 to send back. Waste of money really.”

“The Carhartt WIP Whitsome shirt jacket in dark iris arrived next day as paid for but came smelling of damp and mould. I know it wasn’t this season’s issue but it had obviously been stored somewhere damp and mouldy. It was strong enough that after trying it on my Tagore smelled of mould, too. I tried Febreeze fabric spray and as hot a wash as the label recommended but it still smells of mould so the next step is to try a dry clean. I should probably have sent it back but it’s worth a try to get the smell out because it’s otherwise good and the colour I liked best.”

“Quality and price of products fab. delivery courier was useless, was charged a premium of £7.50 for next day delivery, even though it sat in a depot for days before it was delivered. No other delivery carrier is available at checkout.”

“Free delivery for item over £80. The item I bought was £79.99! So I had to pay £5! I don't like that kind of approach to customer service. Also, if the item isn't suitable the customer has to pay for the return. Not impressed. Fortunately the item I bought, a pair of trainers, fitted me so I was able to keep them but Natterjacks won't be my first choice for future purchases”

“Great products and range. Only issue is how expensive postage is. £7.50 is a bit of a joke considering you could spend £79 and still have to pay it. By far most expensive postage I've paid for clothes. However positive is that it's pretty quick delivery. Unfortunately delivery can't be kept in a safe play so you have to be in and only have two chances to be so until item is sent back and a refund issued.”

“They email thank you Discount Codes for using them in the past which don't apply to sale items and you spend over £80 and still have to pay for postage if your basket contains sale items. It's a kick in the teeth when checking out and this tight fisted nature doesn't relfect well on what they think of their customers. The search functionality doesn't allow you to filter more than one brand, size at a time making finding stuff extrucatingly boring and time confusing. All in all you waste hours searching, told no the discount we've sent you won't work on what you want to buy and please pay us postage on top. The stuff takes over a week to come so don't be in a rush.”

“Ordered a pair of size 9 Clarks treks, for good price, +£5.75 for faster delivery. When they did arrive! couldn't even get one of them on my foot,never had a problem with Clarks before.So needed refund.To Return them it cost me £10+ So I'm now down £15.75 and no shoes. !!”
