“I bought vouchers for Xmas presents which I wanted to print out and present, which I did. However there were problems when the recipients tried to redeem their vouchers as the codes were in my account and not on their vouchers. The system was not well geared up for using it as I did; there were no instructions to say that I needed to make the codes available to the recipients. This has now been sorted with a telephone call.”

“I searched and searched for the shirt I wanted, and Natterjacks had it (and in my size!) Not only did they have it, and at a fair price, but they shipped overseas to me, and it arrived within a week! I am so pleased with Natterjacks, and I will DEFINITELY consider ordering from them again!”
