“Really exemplary service.b I was collecting some pairs of VANS for my granddaughters birthday. Sadly, being disabled and unable to find a parking space near the collection point in Kingston I called the store, or what I thought was the store and ended up talking to one of the staff members on his personal mobile. Blown away by the fact that he said "give me two minutes I'll have one more bite on my sandwich and I'll bring them out to you". What a great gesture and I will certainly shop at Natterjacks in the future. Thank you so very much.”

“Great selection. Customer care is also obviously taken very seriously here. The team reached out to me to let me know there was a very minor imperfection on one of the shoes, sending pictures and checking if I was happy to receive them or if I wanted to change my order. Super friendly and helpful 👌 Also packaging and delivery was top notch. Will 100% be buying from here again!”
