“The Carhartt WIP Whitsome shirt jacket in dark iris arrived next day as paid for but came smelling of damp and mould. I know it wasn’t this season’s issue but it had obviously been stored somewhere damp and mouldy. It was strong enough that after trying it on my Tagore smelled of mould, too. I tried Febreeze fabric spray and as hot a wash as the label recommended but it still smells of mould so the next step is to try a dry clean. I should probably have sent it back but it’s worth a try to get the smell out because it’s otherwise good and the colour I liked best.”

“I live near Kingston so have used the store for a number of years - always good service - have shopped online with them a lot more recently and the service is always very good and quick - they even send a pic if a sale item has a blemish etc and check you’re still fine with the purchase and don’t quibble if you change your mind - they also have a good sale which is almost always on. I have used them many times and will continue to do so.”

“They sent me the wrong size. I ordered size 9 and received size 10. Also considering they charge £5 for delivery, I was expecting the order to arrive with 3-5 working days but it came at least 8-9 days later.”
