“So far, you’ve managed to fail twice to deliver. Driver ignored the online instructions and my son on the ring doorbell asking them to leave it with the nearest house No. 36. Then complete failure after saying it would’ve here yesterday between 14:11 & 16:11. It’s my daughter’s Christmas present!”

“It was a toss up between two Patagonia flannel shirts when I bought one some months ago so I had given up hope of finding the other one again - no need to worry as Natterjacks had it in the size and colour I wanted and even had it at a significant reduction! Better than that they dispatched it immediately so I could put in in my luggage for my holiday the day after - excellent service.”

“I just love Natterjacks! They have the most amazing range across their stores and their staff are always helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with both in person and when ordering online. I emailed them with a query I had about how I could arrange for an online order ti bedelivered to their store so that I could collect it in person, and they reponded almost immediately...more than once. I've never had a bad experience shopping with them. Great shop and great staff. Love 'em!”
