“Excellent service. I rang to check about sizing before I placed an order and spoke with a very helpful man. It was easy to place the order and my vans arrived quickly. They were packaged really well and are fit me perfectly. The best price I found them from here too. I would definitely do her again!”

“Sale items are priced well, none sale items are quite expensive compared to alternative shops, as I've mentioned on the returns paper "All my Salomon footwear are size 8.5 & fit perfect" These shoes are far too small??, a charge for returning / paying for a return apart from a change of mind is unfair & unacceptable, you have your policies & I have mine, it's my first & last purchase with Natterjacks Posting return on Friday”

“Placed this order via the internet received within 6 days via royal mail. Shorts were excellent just what I wanted for a present. I was quite worried due to reviews but I found the whole process fine, no problems would certainly shop with Natterjacks again.”

“Website could be better in that when I put my details in it should have said you are a previous customer not we do not recognise your name and email. That way I could have gone down the right route. Other than that my Son loves your store and likes to buy from you. You were helpful when I spoke to you.”

“Received a Patagonia coat for my son’s birthday, cannot comment on garment as Son has not received the gift yet. My only suggestion coming from a retail background is maybe it could have wrapped nicely in a box or tissue for an expensive item, instead of just a bag!”
