“Ordered two items, payed for both then was sent an email the next day stating that one of the two items were actually sold out, and that I would receive a refund “in a few moments”. Three days later I still haven’t received anything, after writing them an email with their response being “it has been rectified”. It hasn’t. I’m still waiting for my money back, the other item has even arrived now and I’m still waiting for my money back.”

“Was unsure about natterjacks as I had seen bad reviews but I found they're service to be great as they emailed me about the shoes being slightly discoloured and made sure I was aware and asked if I still wanted that order. Came on time and they updated me on its status along the way. Will be using this website again”

“No confirmation order to say when product was shipped or return received. Returns are not refunded and the return service is charged at same price as original postage. Added to this sizing information for products is not the best. In short price differentials from other online stores can leave you £10 out of pocket for sizing being off or lack of information. Wouldn't recommend in comparison with other online retailers to be honest.”

“Quality and price of products fab. delivery courier was useless, was charged a premium of £7.50 for next day delivery, even though it sat in a depot for days before it was delivered. No other delivery carrier is available at checkout.”
