“Good selection of products on offer and items received as expected. The only off putting part is delivery charge and return charge, for a clothing site if you want to use it regularly this is not ideal.”

“After receiving a pair of trainers from another store, I ended up returning them because the colour was not accurately reflected online. I then discovered Natterjacks and after receiving the trainers I saw that everything was as expected. Delivery was prompt with the trainers packaged safely. Thank you, will certainly shop with you again.”

“Item arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately had an issue with the garment (manufacturing not their fault!) and being a Christmas present wasn’t discovered until outside of the grace period. Despite this they inspected and refunded - amazing service and would make me confident to purchase again based on their handling of it all!!”
