“Seen the bad reviews but I’m guessing they’ve changed their customer service people since then. Had issues my PayPal to get my Carhartt jacket but natterjacks kept me updated the whole time. Had no issues with the jacket when it came”

“Never used Natterjacks before so rang the shop before I ordered as the trainers were out of stock everywhere & gentleman was really helpful. Ordered received goods in 3 working days . Happy so far , good to use the smaller retailers than the big companies”
