“Natterjacks is probably the best online and physical shop for sneakers in the U.K. They are prompt and secure with delivery, provide helpful customer service and most importantly to me, the range of stock they carry is great. So refreshing to choose from different shoes compared to what other similar shops and sites sell. Prices are really good too especially on sale items. Highly recommended.”

“The Fedex's invoice is different from exact invoice. Fedex's value is 130 GBP, but this sneakers is 108.33 GBP. I think you should key the same vlaue in the invoice. Thanks a lot. Best regeard. Eric Chiu.”

“Natterjacks is good I think but their courier for international delivery sucks. I am from the philippines and Ibe ordered three times here but aside from the fee I pay to natterjacks for shipping. Fedex charges me again here in the philippines for about 4 pounds per day when it gets stuck in their warehouse and they call the charge warehousing fee. I think you guys should consider switching to DHL for couriers. They're a lot faster and would be better for business.”

“I have been looking for this Black and white Cocaine and Caviar hat all over internet and was delighted to finally find it on Natterjacks! Then i ordered wrong colour by mistake, duuh. Rang into the shop in the morning and the lady made a quick amendment over the phone. Product is amazing and quick delivery. Amazing experience! Thanks guys.”
