“After telephoning customer services at Vans for help and not getting an answer I telephoned Natterjack querying a particular Van shoe. The person answering knew exactly what I was after and told me that the style was now not produced anymore but he still had some in stock. Asked the size and colour I required and that he would call me back. He did indeed call back within 5 minutes telling me my requirements were in stock but before ordering discussed at length UK against USA sizing so that he was sure I was would be able to order the correct size. I did in fact order two pairs of Vans knowing that in the future I will be unable to get my favourite style. The shoes were delivered next day! I found Natterjack service exceptional.”

“I ordered a pair of Roshe 2's and they came exactly when my email said they would. My crepes came with loads of free stickers and a Vans tote bag. I'd definitely shop here again and the selection is huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge! Thanks Ash and the team.”
