“Absolutely terrible service. I placed the order on 18th of Jan paying a premium for next day delivery. The parcel has still not arrived and it's now the 23rd of January. No attempt was even made to deliver the parcel, no note through the door, no call to say a delivery attempt had been made. The courier company just told me my package is sitting at the depot with no alternative delivery date in the system.”

“My son loves natterjacks, great clothes but he ordered some shoes online and paid for next day delivery, usually no problems but the company they used were absolutely dreadful, they did not leave a card to say we had missed the delivery only discovered because we tracked the delivery, I emailed the co and was told to ring them on the day to get a time, we were told 10.45, no delivery, my son was emailed and was told 11.45 again no delivery. My son then tracked the delivery only to find out that he had supposedly missed it again, he was HØME all day, I phoned to be told the delivery driver had left a card in the porch, rather than posting it thr the letterbox and there had been no answer, to was incredibly cross, my son was called and told this they had posted the card and rung the bell, seems to me the driver saw no cars in the drive and asumed no one was home. They did say they would deliver the shoes in an hour, 3 hrs later the shoes were delivered, he loves them but please please do not use streetwise couriers, their delivery driver are dreadgil”
