“The original delivery arrived in a couple of days as expected. Sadly, it was labelled to me but contained another customer’s order. When I contacted them, I spoke to a fellow called Ron who works at their HQ. He couldn’t have done more to put it right which included picking up the wrong stuff from my house AND delivering the correct order, again to my door. It’s bad enough already that I cannot pass their shops in Kingston. All I need is this level of personal customer service to continue and I will end up being a resident there. Well done Ron and well done Natterjacks. Vartan, Feltham”

“The product came as advertised, it was sold out with the manufacturer, however, it was available on Natterjacks and at a discounted rate. Delivery was as expected as well. Overall I am pleased with the service.”

“I've never been amazed and impressed of purchasing shoes online as good as Natterjacks could get. The shoes I bought was up for delivery in south east asia and to my surprise, within just 3 days them shoes we're already there. No other store has that kind of service like Natterjacks and their shipping prices (including tax) is unbeatable as well as their shoe prices. It's a shame that I could only give them 5 star but I know they went an extra mile with my order and definitely a 10 out of 10 customer satisfaction. I'd be happy to purchase again with them in the near future and happy to recommend them with my friends. Thank you so much for your fast and reliable service.”
