“We have not received the package yet. Three days ago we wrote to Natterjacks to inform them. We received a reply they will contact DPD and since then we have not heard anything - either from Natterjacks or from DPD.”

“It was an ok shopping experience. Arrived in Sweden about a week after the order, even though Paid extra for Fedex (3-5 days) and I had to ask for tracking link which didn’t seem to be automated content in the shipping email. One syllable communication by email to their sales but it was functional. No original plastic bags on the clothes, but packed good for shipment. So was ok, nothing more, nothing less.”

“Nice little gift item for a great product. Just one downside as the packaging wasn’t great so a slight dent in the Tin and the Shampoo nozzle had come out so Shampoo all in the tin. Luckily it was only for our own use so not an issue. Delivery was spot on other than that.”
