“Natterjacks had an item in stock that was sold out everywhere else, plus it was on sale. Additionally, they were very fast to process and dispatch the item, with it being delivered the day after ordering. 10/10, would order from them again.”

“It was company policy for the courier not to leave the item in the shed as I had requested on the Friday and they said that they would deliver it again on the Monday. However I needed it as a birthday present for the Saturday and Natterjacks got directly got involved and ultimately it was redelivered later on the Friday!”

“I oredered a pair of black leather Nike air 90s and the right foot is very tight. Even after wearing the trainers all day there was no give and my foot has been in pain ever since. Though the quality is good I believe this a manufacturing fault. Overall not a good experience and a loss of money.”

“After telephoning customer services at Vans for help and not getting an answer I telephoned Natterjack querying a particular Van shoe. The person answering knew exactly what I was after and told me that the style was now not produced anymore but he still had some in stock. Asked the size and colour I required and that he would call me back. He did indeed call back within 5 minutes telling me my requirements were in stock but before ordering discussed at length UK against USA sizing so that he was sure I was would be able to order the correct size. I did in fact order two pairs of Vans knowing that in the future I will be unable to get my favourite style. The shoes were delivered next day! I found Natterjack service exceptional.”
