“Ordered items arrived quickly and communication was good, so thanks, the quality is good as usual, but could take a little more time and care with the packaging next time, as t-shirt had fell out of paper wrapping and had lots of pieces of loose thread on and bits on it, but apart from that, thanks very much.”

“Easy to navigate website made ordering easier. Delivery time was longer than expected - possibly due to Royal Mail issues. Perhaps notification of dispatch would be helpful”

“Straightforward ordering, packages arrived in good time. The reason I didn’t give a 5 was because I thought the extra large box on top of the shoe box was unnecessary and not good for the environment due to excess cardboard and excess room in the delivery truck.”

“First time I’ve bought from Natterjacks. Website is easy to use. They have a good selection of products, in fact more per brand than some of their competitors, as some items I’ve only seen on the Natterjacks website! Purchased a hat by Parra, great hat, nice fit and looks fab! Delivery was speedy and updates were consistent. My one negative comment is, they packaged the cap in a brown bag and then put that in a plastic/ polythene shipping bag… the hat arrived looking like road kill. Fortunately it’s an unstructured 6 panel, flat brim cap and so not to disastrous, although it does look ‘well worn’ but if this had been a structured cap, it would have been destroyed. Come on guys, fork out for a few hat boxes, it makes a real difference.”

“The shoes look amazing, and are comfortable but not all the time. Sometimes the left one hurts in the front of the foot. Never experienced anything like that before but when that’s not happening, the shows feel amazing. Guess it has to get used to my foot but…”
