“Everything about the shopping experience was excellent and the product completely as expected. The delivery of the item though was poor. I received notification that the package would be delivered but was given no window within the day of delivery , I waited in all day but package was not delivered. The tracking option was useless as all it did was give package location at sorting offices not where driver was on his journey. Also the delivery options given was just an option to change poscode ( so no way tichange delivery date etc) . This is in contrast to say Amazon deliveries which give proper tracking and multiple emails giving progress updates. I realise this is out of your hands somewhat and still look forward to shopping with you in the future.”

“Great product, sadly faint black mark on tshirt- no time to send back as Xmas pressie. Very noticeable as white tshirt ! However, manufacturers mistake not Natterjacks - have bought various items of clothing before and communication and service and items have been fab”

“Shoes are great, exactly as expected, sizing is perfect. One thing though, paid for next day delivery and when i enquired about the parcel not being here yet the next day, I was told the cut off for next day delivery was to order by 7am... If this info could be added to the actual ordering page, would help not spending extra money.”

“The product is good. We are very happy with it. However, I have paid for the next working day delivery. Placed my order on Friday around 2pm and only received that item on the following Tuesday afternoon. I don't think it is fair to give this option and charge more and then to fail on delivering the next working day.”

“Ordered items arrived quickly and communication was good, so thanks, the quality is good as usual, but could take a little more time and care with the packaging next time, as t-shirt had fell out of paper wrapping and had lots of pieces of loose thread on and bits on it, but apart from that, thanks very much.”

“Straightforward ordering, packages arrived in good time. The reason I didn’t give a 5 was because I thought the extra large box on top of the shoe box was unnecessary and not good for the environment due to excess cardboard and excess room in the delivery truck.”
