“The black/silver clip at one end is too weak in my opinion. I thought it would be stronger as it’s designed by a mountaineer. I’ll just hope and pray my keys don’t slip off the clip. But the black clip plastic thing looks good.”

“No problems with order. Failed delivery for two days running by Royal Mail with poor excuse on tracker. Trainers gratefully collected later”

“There's a lot to dig from their natty threads. One complaint could be that they don't always see the money. A lot more business from me, if I could just get my act together. "It's the money"”

“Good selection of products on offer and items received as expected. The only off putting part is delivery charge and return charge, for a clothing site if you want to use it regularly this is not ideal.”

“It was a toss up between two Patagonia flannel shirts when I bought one some months ago so I had given up hope of finding the other one again - no need to worry as Natterjacks had it in the size and colour I wanted and even had it at a significant reduction! Better than that they dispatched it immediately so I could put in in my luggage for my holiday the day after - excellent service.”

“Delivery was very good. Shoes were great, just too big for me. I’m not too happy about having to pay £5.00 for delivery and then having to pay to return them for a refund as well. Then you take £5.00 off the refund you give. That’s £15.00 extra you take to what the original price was. That, I think is a bit over the top and I won’t be buying from you again. Sorry!”

“Easy checkout process and good selection with competitive pricing. Estimated delivery date was not correct and parcel a few days late. Minimal issues but would be useful to know more realistically when to expect product.”

“Website could be better in that when I put my details in it should have said you are a previous customer not we do not recognise your name and email. That way I could have gone down the right route. Other than that my Son loves your store and likes to buy from you. You were helpful when I spoke to you.”
