“Excellent product & service. Only criticism is that I originally rang to place my order but the girl who answered said they couldn't take Phone orders only online orders. Not everybody is online. It is only my friend who enabled me to use the online service. Otherwise as previously stated excellent throughout.”

“Shipping was fast. Took only 3-4 days from UK to USA via FedEx. Customer Service was super responsive when the tracking number they provided me was incorrect. Purchased the Nike Blazer mid "Gnarhunters." Shoes are perfect!! I purchase a ton of shoes from numerous spots overseas and Natterjacks is one of the speediest.”

“Thanks to you guys I was able to find my favorite hat again that unfortunately is unwearable. And I would love to see where it’s at but there is no tracking number so I cannot see where it is. That’s what I would love since I am here in the U.S. and it’s being shipped from the UK. Being able to track your package would be a really good thing.
