“Excellent service with up to date tracking info. sent regularly by email. The parcel arrived very quickly, exactly when they said it would be delivered. Good quality product at a competitive price and I was happy that I was able to save my basket before checkout - as it took me a while to make a decision! Unfortunately I misunderstood the US to UK sizing info - maybe could have been a bit clearer, so am returning for an exchange. However overall I am very impressed with such a great customer service. Keep up the good work! Thanks Natterjacks”

“Great choice probably the best on the web. Delivery could be faster I paid nearly a fiver and it took a week to come.if u could use another courier rather than royal mail I would favor your website over any other.”

“No problem with the items I bought for my son's birthday, it was just that the delivery took two weeks so was late, I was not notified about the problem and the packaging was sloppy (skateboard grip tape was creased as a result).”
