“Extremely poor and misguiding sizing provided. I would have returned requesting a full refund - including the postage charge both ways - but unfortunately I was unwell and missed the 2 week deadline for doing so.”

“Overnight shipping meant they came the next morning. I had been hunting all over for the Marvel x Vans trainers and Natterjacks saved the day! With this service I will definitely be using them again!”

“I ordered a T-Shirt for my boyfriend's birthday in a size Large. It arrived the day before his birthday, and when he tried it on it came up small. Even though it was tagged large, and I ordered a large, a medium t-shirt arrived. We were both disappointed. Upon contacting Customer Support - the team was largely unhelpful and said they did not have the large stock anymore. I had to ask for a discount in future orders and was not offered one. I regret to say I won't be ordering from Natterjacks again in the future.”

“I ordered the Vans x Lazy Oaf eyeball backpack to use it for sixth form and it was just as I expected it to be! Animal fur gets stuck a bit to it but nothing a little roller won’t fix! So happy as it was out of stock everywhere else I searched for that would ship to my country.”

“Double charged by the courier..WHen my package arrived I was charge by FedEx worth 8 Gbp. I was confused because my items are not yet at the ceiling but i was charged.My total payment is 118Gbp then our ceiling is 144.How come it was charged. This my first time to purchase.. So i will rate it poor..”
