“They had the item of clothing I wanted in two sizes, I chose the size that fitted me and was refunded for the the item that didn't fit. Good correspondence and quick delivery, definitely recommend.”

“I ordered some dickies trousers and the delivery was great and fast, I was just surprised by the size as I own a pair of the same fit (khaki) and it fitted me much better. the one i bought is far too big but unfortunately I removed the tags. Probably a dickies problem... Thierry”

“the item was delivered to the wrong house but nothing to do with Natterjacks when i rang up the lad was proper sound to me and said for me to ring up my local DPD which allowed me to track down my order. he also said to have a good weekend to me which is how all customer service staff should be with customers. will definitely be ordering again because of that! top lads”
