“The shoes came in a torn up box, not what I would expect from a new item! Unfortunately they did not fit so we had to send back. The shipping was £4.75, the return £4.70!!! No free returns, big disappointment!”

“It’s ok raffle charges money if it goes to charity, but you need to public the process to show transparency. And in Instagram post, it is said winners will be announced through email, how about people who not winning, they don’t even know if it is a real raffle and they don’t know where their money goes to either.”

“Shoes had a defect and the staff at Natterjacks emailed me to inform me that if I still wanted them they would deduct a bit of the price, I did this and when they showed up I was still very happy, loved their honesty and amount that was deducted and will definitely continue shopping here in the future.”

“i orded 2 to 3 days and got it in 4 or 5 i dont remeber but they sent it to royal mail to deliver so it was complicated but the shoes were there so i cannot complain”
