“Was missold an Obey jumper. When I viewed the jumper online, the logo on the front said 'Obey' however when I received the product, the logo was completely different. I emailed the sales team with a screenshot of what was on their website and they blamed this on "system error" and quickly adjusted it and then replied to me with a link to an image of what they just had amended. I replied that they missold and should at least have the decency to not lie. This "system error" must have been there for some time as I have had my eye on this jumper on their site for over a month. Received no response. Such a waste of time. Thank god returns are free.”

“The shoes I bought are great, fab sale price, love them, but the delivery courier company were terrible, 3 days of telephone calls and emails to get them to get it right and still had to drive 15 miles to collect them anyway, not happy!”

“My son was looking for a particular item as he had worn his bag out I looked everywhere for the same one so googled it I found that Nattejacks had it - at the original price others were asking extortionate prices and I received it well packed and straight away so was very pleased”

“Natterjacks is my first port of call when looking for sneakers. Their range of Nike SB is vast and they have many very well priced models for those that skate and wear skate shoes out quickly. Natterjacks Nike lifestyle/retro/classics range is great also. They always have some interesting stock (Nike, adidas, new balance etc). Natterjacks service is top notch too. Friendly, efficient service with quick delivery. Thanks”
