“Staff are always attentive, and helpful. If looking for a product that I have seen online, staff quickly find the product; even if it has to be recovered from the off site storage unit.”

“Delivery was very good. Shoes were great, just too big for me. I’m not too happy about having to pay £5.00 for delivery and then having to pay to return them for a refund as well. Then you take £5.00 off the refund you give. That’s £15.00 extra you take to what the original price was. That, I think is a bit over the top and I won’t be buying from you again. Sorry!”
