“Quality and price of products fab. delivery courier was useless, was charged a premium of £7.50 for next day delivery, even though it sat in a depot for days before it was delivered. No other delivery carrier is available at checkout.”

“I went to pick up my order and the shop had closed for lunch. To their credit, staff from another Natterjacks store arranged for me to pick up my order there and then by going to the shop personally to collect.”

“Love Natterjacks. Website is great, staff in store always very helpful. Been shopping here for, probably, 30 years. Great customer service from 3 x shops and the warehouse too. (Only small thing I’d possibly change is the courier from APC to someone like DPD) Occasionally when I’m not in APC often will take back to warehouse, where as someone like DPD would just leave in a safe place) Other than that would give Natterjacks 10/10”
