“I was a little apprehensive before purchasing due some other negative reviews, but went ahead with the purchase. Item was sent in really good time packaging was great and the item was in perfect condition. Bought a pair of my favourite Vans shoes that have been discontinued so I am a very happy chapy”

“Shockingly poor customer service! If I could put 0 stars I would. Unfortunately the tshirt didn’t fit so I had to send it back. It was lost by Royal Mail in October. It is now January and I am still waiting on a refund, even a response would be something! Initial email contact was great. Once I sent through evidence of delivery they stopped contacting. I have contacted three-times since and no response!”
