“Paid for next day delivery and received and update to say it had been dispatched. Didn’t arrive. Called the delivery company who advised that the parcel never made it into the van. Delivered a day late. No response from Natterjacks regarding a refund of my delivery. Bad service”

“Shoes are great, exactly as expected, sizing is perfect. One thing though, paid for next day delivery and when i enquired about the parcel not being here yet the next day, I was told the cut off for next day delivery was to order by 7am... If this info could be added to the actual ordering page, would help not spending extra money.”

“Ordered sale item, clearly stated they were in US sizes only. Text before dispatch to double check the correct size which was a nice touch. Called a couple of times and always answer the phone and helpful. Dispatched next working day and arrived on time.”
