“Not received my order yet, I had to email for a tracking number and there are discrepancies on when the email said it was dispatched and when I was informed by a reply that it was dispatched... from this information alone I very much doubt I'll be ordering from Natterjacks again. First impressions last!”

“Ordered 2 pairs of sale trainers. Was informed the next day that one pair was actually out of stock and I have been refunded. Contacted office the following week as still no refund. Assured it would be cleared that day, but still hasn't. Delivery driver failed to attempt delivery so had to collect from depot 16 miles away. Trainers received, very good quality. Shame I am still awaiting a refund.”

“Efficient service and the item I requested had a scuff mark and they contacted me beforehand and offered to reduce the price which I accepted Prompt turnaround and I received the goods in good time and they kept me updated on progress of the order”

“I was nervous buying from here, after reading various bad reviews, but I needn’t have worried, I found no fault whatsover ! The adidas zx100 c were out of stock in the pop of neon everywhere else. I had great comms with the company, and would def use again, super fast delivery and a very happy customer !! Thank you !! :)”
