“If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Never in my history of online shopping have I encountered such DISGUSTING customer care/service! They give you free delivery but if you return the item, they claim it back from you as well as the cost of the return, so all in all my postage from Natterjacks and back to them cost me just under £10! Then to add insult to injury, the way they deal with a query is shocking!! NEVER AGAIN”

“Disappointed that I paid extra for next day delivery for it to arrive before my holiday, only to then be told it wouldn’t be possible (AFTER having bought it). I bought the same T-shirt from ASOS half an hour later and it arrived the next morning. Then APC (who attempted to deliver it once we were on holiday) wouldn’t leave it with a neighbour despite me asking them to through the ring doorbell. Not a great experience overall.”

Hi Tony, Thank you for your feedback, we have to point out these issues encountered are policies we do follow on a regular basis. We do not dispatch over the weekend/bank holidays and our couriers are asked not to leave parcels unattended for risk of theft and security. We hope this clears up any queries you have.
