“Made an order of two items, I still havent recieved one of them after over 2 weeks and only just recieved a dispatch email, and the other one was advertised on their website with 100% off and then I recieved an email saying they were going to charge me £70, even though it is by law that they would have to honour it. Not impressed at all and will not be buying from them again.”

“I was looking for a certain pair of trainers which I found on the site. I’ve never heard of the company so I was hoping that they would arrive. I need not of worried at all. I received emails throughout the delivery and were delivered perfectly. So thank you very much Natterjacks”

“I will not be ordering from you again as you use Royal Mail to deliver and I’ve waited over a week when I got a message from them saying it would be delivered 3 days earlier. I don’t even know if my order will turn up as cannot contact anyone. Completely unexceptable and I’ll shop elsewhere in future”

“As an avid collector of street wear and SB’s, I have been buying from the store for many years and before the recent hype of sbs. As my local store it’s nice to know that I can go in and be met with knowledgable and friendly staff, all of who are very passionate about the brands they stock and the street wear culture itself. They are able to help and make you feel you can browse the store. Super happy that you guys are getting some killer gear in store and I will obviously continue to support as I have over the years. Keep up the great vibe in store and social content. Much love”
