“Good service and good price. The staff let me know of a slight fault with the trainers. I was asked if I still wanted them, offered me a discount for the fault if I did, which I was happy with arrived shortly afterwards. All good.”

“Everything about the shopping experience was excellent and the product completely as expected. The delivery of the item though was poor. I received notification that the package would be delivered but was given no window within the day of delivery , I waited in all day but package was not delivered. The tracking option was useless as all it did was give package location at sorting offices not where driver was on his journey. Also the delivery options given was just an option to change poscode ( so no way tichange delivery date etc) . This is in contrast to say Amazon deliveries which give proper tracking and multiple emails giving progress updates. I realise this is out of your hands somewhat and still look forward to shopping with you in the future.”

“Recently emailed and chatted to the store for some advice and they were very helpful in making my decision. Recently purchased some Dr Martens and i wanted to be accurate regarding the colour. I proceeded with the order and for the speedy delivery. Ordered on the 5th March afternoon, arrived 7th March lunchtime. Very good and very happy with the product and packaging arrived in. Thank you and will use you again and recommend.”

“I missed the delivery of purchase for my sons birthday so I called Natterjacks to see if they could help and was told he would try and get the courier to call back, unfortunately he didn’t cut the call off and I heard him say….she was probably in the shower or having a s..t, f..k knows! I tried shouting hello but the conversation went on, I’m absolutely disgusted. I collected the parcel myself from the depot and didn’t hear back from Natterjacks!”

“Great service! I was a bit hesitant to with all the negative reviews but decided to give Natterjack a chance, considering the great value on Nike Air Max 95. I ordered them on late Thursday and was pleasantly surprised to get them Saturday morning. They are as described and the right size. Would definitely be using them again.”
