“Hello there, I hate to be a Karen but I just wanted to give a little feedback to help you improve as I love natterjacks and think the quality of the products and prompt delivery service are amazing. I ordered 3 carhartt lighters from you and they arrived extremely fast which I’m very happy about. However, they did all have quite a large barcode sticker stuck right across the design of the lighters. These stickers were incredibly hard to peel off and left all that horrible sticker residue once I finally finished peeling. We all know how much of a pain that stuff is to get off and usually there’s easier ways to clean the product that’s been stickered, but given the nature of this item, it’s not like I could just leave them in hot soapy water to soak. And as these lighters are to be given as a gift to my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, I definitely didn’t want the design to be covered in that horrible sticky residue that collects dust. As I said, I really love the products but it took me more than 10 minutes to remove the stickers and then slowly scrub and scratch the residue off without scraping off any of the design, just felt like such extra hassle that’s not needed! Was just gonna say that maybe the barcode stickers aren’t necessary on the actual lighter itself, and if they are then perhaps to start using those peel friendly stickers that come right off without leaving the product looking and feeling bad immediately after purchase :) You pay a bit extra for carhartt lighters rather than your standard ones so you definitely expect them to be in nice condition when they arrive. Just a bit of feedback hopefully you’ll take it on so no one else has to spend ages trying to get them in good shape to give as gifts! Other than that, very impressed with the quality.”

“Used to love visiting Natterjacks when I lived in that part of London, back in th 90s. Was chuffed to bits to find out theyr do mail order. Shoes arrived on time and percfetly packed. Thanks.”

“My skateboard arrived with a very deep hole in the ply. I understand that this is the manufacturer but quality checks should be carried out before postage. Unfortunately I applied grip tape before I noticed this. I emailed and phoned up the store a few times, I was informed that I would be able to return this item (more hassle) with the grip tape having been put on. Upon further investigation after ending the calls, I found out that any opening of the packages mean you are not entitled to a refund as it has been tampered with. I’ve decided it’s easier to just try and sell the defect board on much cheaper elsewhere and cut my loses”

“Excellent. Purchased two pairs of Vans (at a great price!) for my kids. One was happy, the other didn’t like the fit, so we kept one pair and sent the other back, for which a refund was issued without question. Happy to recommend Natterjacks and will definitely use them again.”

“Received my order. Sent a the wrong size. Not happy have to send them back . A simple size to get wrong is not acceptable and the inconvenience of sending them back and rewaiting to still receive the right size.”

Hi Michelle, When looking at your order we did not in fact send you the wrong size. The size on the Crocs are in US sizes therefore a US7 is a UK6. We sent you the correct size.

“Absolutely fantastic, got some new skate shoes basically half the price I could find anywhere else so I bought two pairs. Next day delivery too! Boxed well. I know what website il be returning to in the future! The video is the shoes in use, bought two pairs exactly the same :)”
