“Had to return an item as I got too fat to fit in the size I bought during lockdown. They let me return 3 months later with ease. Super friendly staff too!”

“After reading previous reviews and never using Natterjacks before , I must admit at first I was a little reluctant , but after placing my order late on a Thursday evening, I was informed straight away the next day of the dispatch and received my goods on the following Saturday morning, loved my new purchase , great service , definitely use Natterjacks again without any hesitation, thanks guys 👌🏻”

“There was a slight issue with stock, I won on a raffle but my size didn’t arrive with the batch, which was out of the natterjacks teams hands, I was emailed and given a called immediately by of one the kind staff with an apology and great alternative to resolved the issue, I’d like so thank you to everyone at natterjacks ! Id recommend visiting the store or purchasing products online as staff go above and beyond I’ll definitely be popping in soon to buy something x”

“First time I was a customer at natterjacks I won a dunk raffle so you can imagine I was over the moon, I then managed to select collection instead of delivery, a quick email later my mistake was fixed awsome service can't fault these guys”
