“A sound and professional shopping experience. I had been looking for a particular limited item by Carharrt for over 12 months. I found it on Natterjacks but it was sold out. They let me know it was back in stock 1 year later. Subsequently I bought it and looked forward to its arrival. Within 24 hours the contacted me to communicate a possible issue with the product sending photos to explain. This was no big deal and less than 48 hours after purchase it arrived. Thank you, great service and great shop”

“I’ve just returned: On Coñlect+ it said that £4.20 would be deducted for return postage but having received my refund, I see that £9.95 has been deducted. I have emailed Natterjacks direct to ask for the rest of my refund as it is not on.”

“Can’t actually rate natterjack’s yet as 8 days later I’ve not received the goods, I will say that if one of your selling points is the quality controlling of goods before they are sent is going to be effective it should be done at the warehouse rather than in store, this will save delays getting replacements or alternatives to customers who have already needed to prompt customer services for a response”
