Hi, Thank you for leaving a review, however your order was placed after our cut off on the day before the Easter Bank Holiday. We did place a visible message to our customers at the check out informing them of a delay to shipping as nothing will be dispatched between the 7th and 10th of April. We hope this clears any confusion as to your parcels location.

“The fees for returning items, which no normal online store request, are ridiculous. Shouldn't really have to pay to return items if purchased online. The risk with buying online is you can't try on/see in person before it arrives so surely online shops need to make it easy for returns. Will stick to Amazon”
